The Town of Farragut Conservative Republican Club is a grassroots organization of Farragut residents united by shared values and a commitment to principled conservative leadership at every level of local government.

TOFCR exists to organize the conservative majority in Farragut — to give it a voice, a structure, and a plan. We believe that local elections matter more than most people realize. The decisions made at Farragut Town Hall affect your property, your neighborhood, your schools, and your daily life.
Our mission is to recruit and endorse principled conservative candidates, educate voters on the issues, mobilize members to volunteer and vote, and hold elected officials accountable to the values of the community they serve.
We are not a PAC. We are not a political machine. We are your neighbors — parents, business owners, veterans, and community leaders — who believe Farragut deserves the best possible leadership.

A proud Farragut resident, Kimberlie brings tireless energy, genuine faith, and an unwavering commitment to the values of Faith, Family, Freedom, and Community. Under her leadership, TOFCR has grown into one of West Knox County's most active and effective grassroots conservative organizations.

The Town of Farragut Conservative Republican Club operates as an unofficial grassroots arm of the Knox County Conservative Republicans (KCCR). Most — if not all — of our members are proud members of both organizations, united by the same conservative principles and commitment to electing principled leaders across Knox County and the state of Tennessee.
Together, TOFCR and KCCR work hand-in-hand to organize conservatives, support endorsed candidates, and ensure that the voices of Farragut and Knox County residents are heard loud and clear at every level of government.

TOFCR established by Kimberlie Parks to organize conservative voices in Farragut.
First Endorsements
Endorsed Alex Cain for Mayor, Joey Ruffalo for North Ward Alderman, and Greg Wiberley for Town Council.
First Organization Meeting
June 20 — members mobilized for door knocking ahead of the August 6 election.
August 6 Election
TOFCR works to elect endorsed conservative candidates to Farragut Town Hall.
Club Bylaws &
Guiding Principles
TOFCR operates as a 527 political organization under the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States. Our bylaws establish the framework for membership, elections, endorsements, and club operations — ensuring transparency, accountability, and democratic participation by all members.
Endorsements are made by a vote of dues-paying members in good standing. All candidates seeking endorsement must complete our endorsement application and appear before the membership. TOFCR does not endorse candidates in contested primaries without a membership vote.
Become a MemberPromote and advance conservative Republican principles in Farragut and Knox County
Recruit, endorse, and support conservative candidates for local office
Educate members and the public on conservative policy and civic engagement
Coordinate with the Knox County Republican Party and Tennessee GOP
Maintain transparency and accountability in all club operations
Hold regular monthly meetings open to all members and interested residents
Operate as a 527 political organization in compliance with all applicable laws
Conduct endorsement votes by dues-paying members in good standing
Endorsement Process
Application
Candidates complete a written endorsement application covering their background, positions, and conservative values.
Appearance
Candidates appear before the TOFCR membership at a club meeting to present their platform and answer questions.
Member Vote
Dues-paying members in good standing cast a secret ballot. A majority vote is required for endorsement.
Endorsement
Endorsed candidates receive TOFCR's full support — volunteers, promotion, and our official endorsement seal.
